Magical Lantern Festival Birmingham

Hey guys,

So I and Ant went to the Magical Lantern Festival with his family. It was a fun night and everyone enjoyed it but it was cold. The statues were made of wire and mesh with lights inside and some of them were spectacular. The artists who created them were extremely clever and put together a wonderful display for everyone.


































Overall it was a really enjoyable experience and we are so happy we got to go and see everything.

Hey Guys, I spent the weekend at my mom's house and thought I would show you what I took with me in my make up bag. Firstly my bag is the Free bag that came with my Hugo Boss perfume I got for my birthday. It is the perfect size to carry everything in and it looks great. For brushes I have a spectrum A05 brush that came free with a Birch-box, I use it for my bronzer to lightly contour my face. I have the Real Techniques Buffing brush which I use for my powder and the Real Techniques Contour brush which I use for highlight.The Real techniques base shadow brush for eyeshadow and the Real Techniques Brow brush for my brows. 21st Birthday- How I Got Ready

Hi, guys, it’s official since September 23rd, I am 21!! For this birthday, I had no idea what was happening, my boyfriend and his family met up with my family and spoke in secret around me for over a month trying to make the day special for me. I can say now that it has been the best birthday I have ever had. But before the day I spent some time getting myself ready so I knew I looked photo ready. I did my nails, hair, really took care of my skin, changed my diet, and chose a special outfit.  I did my nails like this because I wanted something different and special. I wanted them to be noticeable against my outfit as well as to match them. I used Rimmel London 60 second shine in 800 black out and Super gel by Kate in 012 Soul Session. For extra detailing, I also used Kiko Milano Smart fast dry nail lacquer in this beautiful copper colour. Ant's Birthday Cake

Mmmmm, How delicious does that cake look? Trust me it does taste delicious too. Hey, This is my Boyfriend's birthday cake, it took me about 4 hours to make and decorate. But it was worth it because he loved it and so did everyone else. I definitely cheated when it came to making this cake. I wanted to make him a cake I knew he was going to love. He loves chocolate fudge cake, so I thought this is similar so I'll give it a try. This cake is a  Betty Crocker  Devil's Food cake mix. It can be bought from any super market and only requires 3 ingredients to make the cake. To make Ant's cake I wanted four layers so I bought two boxes of cake mix and followed the instructions on the box to make them. I them cut the cakes in half and waited for them to completely cool. My future sister-in-law makes the best buttercream icing I have ever tasted in my life so I asked for a helping hand on that.
