Stockings

Blogmas Day 21

So guys! Ant decided that we needed to do our stockings early because there was something inside of mine that I needed to have before Christmas Day. That little gift was a box of candy canes.
And I am so happy I got them early I love candy canes so much and now I have enough to get me through the festive period.




















Inside Ant's Stocking, I put a mouse mat because he really needed one. A Terry's Chocolate Orange because you can't have a stocking without an orange. I also put a big bag of Cadbury's Snow Bites because he loves them, a 6 pack of Ribena because he is addicted to it. And lastly, a Key finder because he is forever losing his keys. He has really loved everything in his stocking and I can't wait to see his face when he opens his presents now.  I hope he will love every single thing that he gets.




For my Stocking as I have already said I got some Candy canes. Ant also got me some Reeses Peanut Butter Trees, because I love them so much.  He got me a box of After Eights and a Grand Ferrero Rocher because I have been talking about wanting them from the first time they came into shops but never wanted to buy them for myself. Well now I have them and I love them. He also bought me Marshmellow Reindeer Lollipop and it was like eating a cloud from heaven. It was amazing. He also bought me a candle from the German market and a Cherry candle. (I'll post a picture of it lit up soon).  I love how he knows me well enough to know the things that will make me beyond happy. And that is definitely food and everything he got. I can't wait to see what I have got from him for Christmas if this stocking is anything to go by. I know I'm going to be amazed.

21st Birthday- How I Got Ready

Hi, guys, it’s official since September 23rd, I am 21!! For this birthday, I had no idea what was happening, my boyfriend and his family met up with my family and spoke in secret around me for over a month trying to make the day special for me. I can say now that it has been the best birthday I have ever had. But before the day I spent some time getting myself ready so I knew I looked photo ready. I did my nails, hair, really took care of my skin, changed my diet, and chose a special outfit.  I did my nails like this because I wanted something different and special. I wanted them to be noticeable against my outfit as well as to match them. I used Rimmel London 60 second shine in 800 black out and Super gel by Kate in 012 Soul Session. For extra detailing, I also used Kiko Milano Smart fast dry nail lacquer in this beautiful copper colour. Ant's Birthday Cake

Mmmmm, How delicious does that cake look? Trust me it does taste delicious too. Hey, This is my Boyfriend's birthday cake, it took me about 4 hours to make and decorate. But it was worth it because he loved it and so did everyone else. I definitely cheated when it came to making this cake. I wanted to make him a cake I knew he was going to love. He loves chocolate fudge cake, so I thought this is similar so I'll give it a try. This cake is a  Betty Crocker  Devil's Food cake mix. It can be bought from any super market and only requires 3 ingredients to make the cake. To make Ant's cake I wanted four layers so I bought two boxes of cake mix and followed the instructions on the box to make them. I them cut the cakes in half and waited for them to completely cool. My future sister-in-law makes the best buttercream icing I have ever tasted in my life so I asked for a helping hand on that.
